Can I customise the theme / template?   Can I make any seasonal changes?
Yes, provided that you are using the most recent version of our solution, and the template you have selected allows for customisation.

If the selected template does allow for customisation, there are generally two areas you can customise - the header and the sidebar.

You will be able to tell if the template you have selected allows customisation as the description text under the template thumbnail will state that the template has a customisable area, and what the size of that area is.
Is the video moving too fast? Pause it until you're ready for the next step!
To customise:
  1. Login to any users account via dealer mode
  2. You will see a small flashing red square either on the top left side or top centre (depending on theme) of the webpage next to the word "header", or on the right hand side of the screen next to the word "sidebar" - click on this and the HTML editor will open
  3. If required, delete the existing content by:
    • Images: Clicking on the exiting image and pressing delete
    • Text: Highlighting the exiting text and pressing delete
  4. Add your new Images by:
    • Add any new images by clicking on the "Image" option in the editor options bar (It is the button depicting a house, to the left of the button displaying the "f" symbol)
    • A box will open with a number of optional tabs - one of which is "Upload" - click on this and browse for the image you want to add.
    • Click on "Send image to server"
    • Upon completion of upload, click on the "OK" button.
  5. Add your new Text by: Type in the required text and format using the formatting options within the editor.
  6. When finished click on the "Save" button
N.B. Should you have HTML skills in house, you can edit the SOURCE HTML code directly by folowing steps 1 & 2 and clicking on the 'SOURCE' button.
