Can I reduce the catalogue to a key range?    What is a Restricted Catalogue?
You can restrict the catalogue to a key range either for the site or a particular user by using the restricted catalogue facility.

To use the facility you need to create the list of products you wish to restrict the catalogue to, and save as csv file. You may have as many different restricted catalogues as you like, and can apply them at a user or site level.
  1. Log into the dealer admin area
  2. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  3. Click on the appropriate company name
  4. Click on 'restricted catalogue'
  5. If asked, select the appropriate catalogue
  6. When Prompted, enter a name for the restricted catalogue. We recommend you use something which will be easily recognised, such as 'Top Selling 100 Products' or 'Client A restricted catalogue'
  7. Browse to your saved file and click on 'Update'

  8. Once the file has uploaded successfully, it is available to apply for the site or for a user
Application to Site
  1. Go to the Site Configuration Menu for the site
  2. Select the catalogue option
  3. There is a new option now available, called 'Restricted catalogue' - select the appropriate restricted catalogue and update:

  4. All users under this site will now only have access to those products recorded in the restricted catalogue.
Application to Particular User
