Can I set up a sign off process for all orders based on value?
Yes, and you can also set it so you have a different signatory for different values (up to a maximum of 5).

In the below example we will be setting up two order sign off groups - one for orders over £50 and another for orders over £100.
  1. Before you begin, ensure you have created an account for all those people whom you wish to sign off orders. If you're not sure how to do this, please see this guide.
  2. Log into the dealer admin area
  3. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  4. Click on the appropriate company name
  5. Click on 'order sign off groups', and you will see a screen like this:



  6. Type the name of the first group, and click on the 'click here to update' button:



  7. Now add the value relating to this order:



  8. Now click on the plus symbol next to users:



  9. Choose which user or users you wish to be able to sign off orders of this value.



  10. Now repeat 6,7,8 and 9 for any additional sign off values:



  11. Finally you need to choose from the two options at the top of the page:



    By choosing Required groups to sign off in sequence based on order value, an order of £150 will go through the £50 sign off group, and if approved will then go through the £100 sign off group.

    By choosing Go direct to one sign off group based on order value, an order of £150 will go directly through the £100 sign off group.
