Can I set up an authoriser per user?
Yes, you can set the system so that if Joe Bloggs places an order on the system, it has to be approved by another user of your choosing.
  1. Before you begin, ensure you have created an account for both the user and the authoriser. If you're not sure how to do this, please see this guide.
  2. Log into the dealer admin area
  3. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  4. Click on the appropriate company name
  5. Click on 'edit user'
  6. Search for the appropriate user, and when you have located them, click on their 'edit' icon.



  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the authoriser you wish from the list.



  8. Save, and from now on all orders placed by this user will need to be authorised by the authoriser first.




Can I set up an authoriser for a user, but allow orders up to a certain value go through without Authorisation?
Yes, thats no problem either:

  2. Log into the dealer admin area
  3. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  4. Click on the appropriate company name
  5. Click on 'edit user'
  6. Search for the appropriate user, and when you have located them, click on their 'edit' icon.



  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the authoriser you wish from the list.



  8. Now add an individual order limit, or a monthly limit.



  9. Save, and from now on all orders placed by this user which go over their specified limits will need to be authorised by the authoriser first.
