Yes, it's a setting within the dynamic price file, however we recommend that you only do this for a minimum of products, as it becomes complicated to manage
and if used to switch off a large number of products it can slow the system down. To amend the file follow the below instructions:
Log into the dealer admin area
Select 'Edit existing websites'
Click on the appropriate company name
Click on 'price files'
Select 'Dynamic Prices' from the drop down menu and click on 'Search'
Identify which price file you wish to edit and click on 'Edit margins for Dynamic Prices'
A new page will open. Scroll down and click on the products sub-category (e.g. Accounts Books):
On the right hand side of the page you will see the manufactures names. Click on the appropriate manufacturer:
Locate your required product, and remove the tick from the appropriate checkbox and click on the 'click here to update' button:
All price plans now using this price file will no longer show the unticked product.
