We are pleased to now offer Realex's credit card transactional services for Pounds Sterling, as well as Euros for dealers based in the Republic of Ireland. A Realex representative will be in touch shortly to discuss the best option they have available for you. Once your Realex account is set up, Realex will provide you with some a Realex Merchant ID and a Shared Secret that you will need to enter into the CommerceXchange admin area. To do this, log into the admin area and: Click on 'Company Details' Under the option 'Credit Card Process' select the required Realex option (Realex can advise you further on which option best duits your needs) Click on the 'Click here to update' button Two new fields for Realex Merchant ID and Shared Secret will appear. Populate these fields with the information provided by Realex. Click on the 'Click here to update' button Credit card payments should now be processed via Realex, although we recommend that you run a test order and subsequent refund before allowing your customers to pay by credit card. We do allow Integration into PayPal, however, you MUST register with PayPal Website Payment Pro - We do not support personal PayPal accounts. Then, at the bottom of this page you will see an option called 'Credit Card Process'. Select the desired PayPal option, and click on 'update'. You will now be presented with the following four new fields: User Vendor Partner Password Populate these fields with the data provided to you by PayPal. If you do not have this information contact PayPal to obtain it. If PayPal advise you that this information is not required, please confirm with the them you have registered for the PayPal Website Payment Pro service. Click on 'update'. You can now accept orders via PayPal. World Pay We do not currently support World Pay, however, we do support and recommend Realex or SagePay as an alternative.
