I'm getting an error when trying to upload a user specific core / price list.

One of the most common queries the support team receives relates to an error message being produced when trying to upload the core list or a price file for a specific user. The most common cause for this is due to the user trying to upload a price file as a core list, or a core list as a price file. Below we've detailed instructions for 3 different scenarios - please select which is most appropriate to you: Uploading a core list only Uploading a price file only Uploading a pricefile which you would also like to use as the core list Uploading a core list only Back to top Before you begin, ensure you have created your core list. Your core list MUST be a list of product codes ONLY, saved as a csv or tab delimited file. Log into the dealer admin area Select 'Edit existing websites' Click on the appropriate company name Click on 'edit user' Search for the appropriate user, and when you have located them, click on their 'extended' icon. You now need to upload the file you have already created. You need to ensure you do this under the 'core list' section: Click on the plus symbol under the 'core list' option, and you'll be given the option to browse to your saved file. Ensure you specify if this is a csv or tab delimited file. Click on update, and the file will upload. You will be advised of any errors.
