How do I delete a user?
The system doesn't allow you to delete a user, because this would corrupt the order and accounting history we have on file, however, you can switch them off easily so they no longer appear in the main listing.
  1. Log into the dealer admin area
  2. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  3. Click on the appropriate company name
  4. Click on 'edit user'
  5. Search for the appropriate user and click on their 'edit' icon
  6. Remove the tick from the 'account active' checkbox
  7. Save, by clicking on the 'click here to update' button.
