The system doesn't allow you to delete a user, because this would corrupt the order and accounting history we have on file, so if you have turned a user off your can easily turn it back on again.
- Log into the dealer admin area
- Select 'Edit existing websites'
- Click on the appropriate company name
- Click on 'edit user'
- In the 'Search Customers' page, under the 'Account Active' fieeld, select 'No'
- Search for the appropriate user and click on their 'edit' icon
- Add a tick into the 'account active' checkbox
- Save, by clicking on the 'click here to update' button.
