How do I re-add a deleted user?
The system doesn't allow you to delete a user, because this would corrupt the order and accounting history we have on file, so if you have turned a user off your can easily turn it back on again.
  1. Log into the dealer admin area
  2. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  3. Click on the appropriate company name
  4. Click on 'edit user'
  5. In the 'Search Customers' page, under the 'Account Active' fieeld, select 'No'
  6. Search for the appropriate user and click on their 'edit' icon
  7. Add a tick into the 'account active' checkbox
  8. Save, by clicking on the 'click here to update' button.
