How do I upload a site specific core list / price file.
There are three different scenarios for uploading site specific data - please select which is most appropriate to you:

Uploading a core list only - (only applicable to EPRO stores)
Uploading a price file only
Uploading a pricefile which you would also like to use as the core list - (only applicable to EPRO stores)

Uploading a core list only

  1. Before you begin, ensure you have created your core list. Your core list MUST be a list of product codes ONLY, saved as a csv or tab delimited file.
  2. Log into the dealer admin area
  3. Select 'Edit existing websites'
  4. Click on the appropriate company name
  5. Click on 'default core list / site specific price file'
  6. You now need to upload the file you have already created. You need to ensure you do this under the 'core list' section:



  7. Click on the plus symbol under the 'core list' option, and you'll be given the option to browse to your saved file. Ensure you specify if this is a csv or tab delimited file.



  8. Click on update, and the file will upload. You will be advised of any errors.




Uploading a price file only

  1. Before you begin, ensure you have created your price file. Your price file MUST be a list of product codes in column A and the sale prices in column B, saved as a csv or tab delimited file.
  2. Log into the dealer admin area

  4. Click on the appropriate company name
