Registration option is missing or not working

The most likely reason why the registration button is missing or not working is because someone has changed the 'Site Restrictions within the admin area.

When changing the 'Site Restrictions to anything other than 'No Restriction, browse and purchase' there will no longer be any access to the account registration form, as it is assumed that if you wish users to log on before accessing aspects of the site, then you do not wish just anyone to access the site and register an account.

To amend the 'Site Restriction settings:
  • Log into the dealer admin area
  • Select 'Edit existing websites'
  • If the option is offered, click on the appropriate company name.
  • Click on 'General Settings'
  • You will see an option called 'Site Restrictions
  • Select the required option, but remember, any option other than 'No Restriction, browse and purchase'.
  • Your logo will now be uploaded.
