What are Price Plans?
A plan can consist of as many static files that may be required, and a multitude of different price plans can be created.

A price plan can be created as a cost or sale price plan.

Follow these instructions to set-up your price plan:
  1. Log into your dealer administration area.
  2. Select the 'edit existing website' option.
  3. Select the company name you wish to edit by clicking on it.
  4. Select the 'price plans' option.
  5. Select the catalogue for the type (cost or sale) of price plan you wish to create.
  6. Enter a name for the price plan, and click on the update button.
  7. A new window displays available price files on the left hand side of the screen. Select which price files you require by double clicking on them. The last file to be inserted MUST be a dynamic file.


  1. You also have the choice to select 'display first price found in the list' or 'always display lowest price'.
  2. Click on the 'update' button.
  3. Your price plan has now been created, but has NOT taken affect on the store, as you need to apply it.
