The most likely reason why the product is not appearing is that no sale pricing has been set up.
Sale pricing can be set in one of two ways, using static pricing or dynamic pricing. For more information on how to use static pricing, click here.
To use dynamic pricing, please see below:
- Log into the dealer admin area
- Select 'Edit existing websites'
- Click on the appropriate company name
- Click on 'price files'
- Select 'Dynamic Prices' from the drop down menu and click on 'Search'
- Identify which price file is in use and click on 'Edit margins for Dynamic Prices'
- A new page will open. Put a tick in the box next to 'include central custom products':
- All sites using this price file will now show your custom product.
- Repeat the process for any other applicable files.
