Why is a particular product not appearing?
This guide is only applicable to users of IT catalogues.


The most likely reason why the product is not appearing is that it is either not in the feed from distribution, or the manufacturer has not distributed product information to the market yet, and therefore it does not appear within the Etilize rich content feed.

In order to expedite the publication of urgent SKU's we are able to offer a unique service whereby you can directly request a product build from the Etilize content management team.

To show on the stores, the product must be in the feed form distribution, plus be in the Etilize data so we can apply a description and image.
  1. Log into as a user the via 'Dealer Mode'
  2. You will see that under the search functionality you will have a 'price feed' option



  3. The look and feel of this will avry from template to template.
  4. Enter the code you are searching for, tick the 'price feed' box and click search
  5. A page similar to the below withh show:



  6. If you can see the product you were searching for listed, move to point 6. If not, please contact your account manager at the relavent distriutor to advise them this product is not in your feed
  7. The product will have an icon next to it:
    This product is already within the Etilize data, and should be on your store. If it is not, please contact support@commercexchange.com
    This product is not yet in the Etilize data. Click this icon to automatically send a build request to Etilize. Once Etilize have built the product information the product will drop into the store, and this process normally takes 3-4 days.
