Why isn't my Google Map appearing?

As standard, we show a Google map on the 'Contact Us' page of our eCommerce solutions, however, recently Google have made a change so that if you have your own domain name set up and pointing to one of our stores, you must register it and provide us with the 'Key' that Google will then provide.

To do this:
  1. Go to http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html
  2. Enter your domain name (including the http://, but omitting the www), tick the box to agree to Googles Terms and Conditions.



  3. Click on 'Generate API Key'
  4. If you are not logged into your Google account you will be prompted to do so, so enter your details or register now.
  5. Copy the API Key (highlighted in red below)



  6. Now visit http://www.commercexchange.com/incidents/ and log in.
  7. Create a new ticket requesting 'Set up Google Map API', adding your domain name and and pasting your full API Key into the ticket description details.
  8. CommerceXchange will contact you when this has been successfully completed.
