Nic Perryman
Managing Director
Nic, BSc (Hons), MBA, FCIM, heads up CommerceXchange and brings extensive commercial and operational experience in the internet, software and communications markets. Nic will continue to drive the commercial and strategic development of the business.

Prior to joining CommerceXchange Nic held numerous executive positions in the high tech sector including Head of Business Marketing for Mercury Communications and as an eBusiness Strategy Consultant for BT. Nic was also Vice President of VerticalNet where he negotiated, launched and managed the growth of a £127m joint venture between British Telecom and VerticalNet Inc. Nic was also Chief Operating and Commercial Officer of Aquadia.NV, an online eProcurement Joint Venture between Thames Water and its French partner Suez Environments.

Gary Evans
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Gary heads up the programming development within CommerceXchange. Gary's vision and his ability to apply this based on his own practical experience of running an indirect channel dealership has been instrumental in establishing our applications at the forefront of the industry. Prior to joining CommerceXchange Gary ran the IT and software development division of XPD, a leading office products dealer group and prior to that his own successful CAD and computer dealership.
Martin House BSc
Associate Director – Client Projects
Martin leads a number of key client projects for CommerceXchange. Martin’s extensive development and project management experience has most recently been utilized to deliver a range of back-office applications for leading logistics providers.
Richard Hatton
Associate Director – Procurement Consulting
Richard graduated at Bath University. A Procurement Professional and Business Process Engineer with over 22 years practical experience. Richard’s previous roles include: Director of Strategic Accounts USA and N.Europe at Aquadia NV; Head of Procurement at United Utilities where he was responsible for capital and revenue contracting and logistics services, implementing (SAPR3), developing MySap.com EBP e-procurement capability, eMarketplace and eAuction development; and Head of Procurement at Wessex Water. Richard has personally run over 100 e-Sourcing/e-Auction events.
Simon Thorp
Associate Director – Marketing & Media Consultancy
Simon’s 25 year career seen him work across a variety of sectors – journalism, travel (tour operating, online/call centre agents, and airlines), B2B and B2C office supplies, international charities and media buying agencies. He has held senior positions at Inghams Travel, British Airways, Debonair, Dudley Stationery, British Executive Service Overseas, Como Street Travel and MNC. He has extensive experience, particularly in business planning and “return on investment” based on and off line marketing for “challenger brands” and market leaders, which has been gained most recently at board level. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism and the Tourism Society, a Member of the Institute of Directors, Member of the Guild of Travel and Tourism and a Member of British Expertise.
